Honestly I don’t know if you could find a better place for a family vacation in quiet place. We had 2 families on our trip and we had tons of room. It was peaceful, and idyllic. Would recommend anytime.

What a gem this homestead inn is. So private, relaxing and loved being near the animals on the farm. The private beach access was wonderful also. Can’t wait to come back!

The comfort, cleanliness and uniqueness. Only thing I could find that I didn’t like but truly can’t complain about is the front gate opening and closing when coming and going.

Beautiful place, exceeded
Expectations, gorgeous craftsmanship everywhere, delicious breakfast. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and would absolutely stay again. Wish we had more time to explore the farm and the beach. Maybe next time. Thank you.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and informative. The location was excellent. The hot tub and farm animals were unique, memorable and pleasant. I would have liked to stay longer.

Wow… where do I start? Absolutely gorgeous location, the inn is lovely, all the rooms are beautiful. The bedding was so soft and the bed huge, I didn’t want to get out of it! The breakfast was phenomenal, they made us fresh farm eggs and everything was simple fare from the farm. Free hot/cold drinks all day too.
The farm was really fun for the little one and was nice to visit the private beach. We had some time in the hot tub in the evening and lounging on the deck. It was above budget for us and was definitely a splurge but it was completely worth it. Nothing

It was the perfect place for a 3 young families with kids aged 5 and below. The house was beautiful and allowed us all to relax and unwind, the farm with the animals and playboat were perfect for the kids and beach was idyllic. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer. We're already planning our next visit! Thank you to Joshua and co-hosts.

Beautiful setting. We would like to go back some time when we can stay longer. The room was large and comfortable. The amenities and grounds were great. We had to leave before breakfast and would have liked to have some rolls or muffins.

Beach House (5 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) und hatten einen richtig tollen Urlaub! Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, liegt wunderschön und ruhig. Für die Kinder gibt es Tiere zum angucken und streicheln, ein Spielschiff und ein Apfellabyrinth. Würde es auf Vancouver Island nicht so viel zu sehen geben, hätten wir auch wunderbar die fünf Tage auf dem Gelände verbringen können. Melanie und die Mitarbeitenden waren super nett!

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in and perfect for our family’s visit to Vancouver Island. The home is beautifully designed, with lots of light pouring in and thoughtful touches everywhere. It was especially clean, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was well-stocked and allowed us to cook meals for the whole family. There were also plenty of toys and games for the kids. But our favorite part was the large windows in the family room that overlooked the farm fields running down to the ocean.
The area surrounding the home felt private and peaceful. We enjoyed plenty of quiet evenings watching wildlife and were especially excited by the bald eagles and black bear.
As for Joshua and his team, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive both before and during our stay. They toured us around the farm and even brought fresh picked berries. The one small plumbing issue we had was resolved within a few minutes. We’d highly recommend staying here.
