Bring your family to enjoy our incredible 80 acre oceanfront farm and stay in our beachfront villa. The stunning beach house is modern and filled with amenities to make your stay fun, private and relaxing while you explore the surrounding farm full of animals and fresh food or take a stroll along beautiful Ella beach. The beach is just steps from the house and you have full access to over 1400ft of private waterfront where you can watch the seals and otters play.
Good to know
Inside the house you will find 4 bedrooms each with their own fully equipped bathroom, plus our cute alcove bed for extra sleeping. The main floor is a large open concept area featuring the gourmet kitchen, dining area and large living room as well as a primary bedroom with on suite. A separate powder room and laundry as well. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms including another primary bedroom with on suite and stunning ocean views and a second kids room with 2 twin beds plus the queen size alcove bed. There is also another sitting area and tv with desk area. Downstairs is where the party's at. This walk out basement has a huge 85" TV, karaoke setup, pool table (convertible to ping pong) plus a wet bar and dart board. Walk out onto the patio for outdoor dining or to jump in the 7 person hot tub. There is also another beautiful bedroom downstairs with private patio and a 5 piece luxury bathroom. All bathrooms feature in floor heating and dual sinks.

Please note that this farm property has many animals living on it. As a result, we are unable to host guests with service or emotional support animals - for the safety of the support animals, our guests and the farm animals.

Our farm is located inside the cute oceanside town of Sooke, BC. Close to nature and the beaches of the southern coast of Vancouver Island. All basic services are just a few minutes away and greater Victoria can be reached in about 30 minutes drive. The beach house is set back on the farm away from the main farming activity. On the farm we grow fresh vegetables, have tons of fruit and friendly animals you are more than welcome to visit. It is truly a magical place.
